Terms

Terms of Use

Sachho is operated in Nepal by Samir Kaliraj as an unregistered individual project. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

What Sachho publishes

Sachho publishes public consultancy information and moderated, student-reported experiences. Student reports are not presented as verified fact, legal findings, official records, or a consultancy's complete performance.

What students may submit

Submit only your own first-hand experience. Do not submit unverifiable criminal allegations, private details about other people, competitor attacks, paid submissions, fake reports, spam, or content submitted on behalf of someone else without clear permission.

Moderation and limits

Sachho may edit for privacy, reject, remove, or amend reports. The site is general information, not legal, immigration, financial, or professional advice. Use official records and direct checks before making any decision or payment.

Submitter warranty

By submitting a report, you represent that it is your own first-hand experience, that it is true to the best of your knowledge, and that you are not submitting it on behalf of a competitor, for payment, or on behalf of someone else.

Limitation of liability

This section is a draft pending review by a lawyer. Contact hello@sachho.com with questions about it.

Sachho publishes student-reported experiences, not verified facts, professional advice, or a guarantee about any consultancy's future conduct. Sachho is not liable for any decision, loss, or damage arising from reliance on anything published on the site, and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or current correctness of any student report, licence-check result, dispute outcome, or aggregate statistic. Sachho's total liability for any claim arising from use of the site, to the extent liability cannot be excluded entirely, is limited to NPR 5,000, a fixed cap that does not depend on whether Sachho charges for anything. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as fraud or Sachho's own deliberate wrongdoing. Sachho is not a substitute for a person's own due diligence.

Disputes and takedowns

Consultancies can use the Disputes and right of reply process. Sachho reviews disputes within 7 working days. A dispute may be upheld, amended, removed, or dismissed, and claimed consultancies may publish a response below a report.

No paid rankings or removals

Sachho does not sell rankings, placement, endorsements, positive treatment, report removal, or suppression of reports. Consultancies cannot pay to hide criticism or appear as a recommended consultancy.
